- The apparel delivered to you has some manufacturing defect clearly evident.
- An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
- The garment is not the size selected by you online, it is eligible to be exchanged with the same piece in the right size.
- Please be informed any garment if customised for colour or any modification, will not be eligible for an exchange/return.
- SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
- ACCESSORIES cannot be exchange/returned.
Please ensure that the tags and packaging should be intact and products should be unused. You can email us on sumaaru@gmail.com with the SUBJECT: "(order no) + EXCHANGE RETURN" within 7 days of receiving the products. In case of a defect in the product. Kindly provide us with a clear and complete parcel opening video. Once our team checks and approves the video, you will be informed about the same, then you can ship the product back to our address and we will process the request once we receive your parcel. Items can be exchanged/returned only once.
